A Dysfunctional Family of Five Reviews...The Bourne Supremacy!

The little action hero who could! Nice guy Matt Damon does Jason Bourne again, kicking butt hither and yon, in a sequel to a movie based on a novel that's a prequel to the novel on which this movie is based. Yes, we're trying to confuse you. We're funny that way.

Dad: I had a dream about Matt Damon once. But it was after I saw The Talented Mr. Ripley, so I don't like to talk about it.

Mom: [inner monologue] Could I ever tell him about my secret agent work for the NSA in Bosnia? Would he feel threatened? Would he be aroused? Would he not notice me talking about it, because his own inner monologue is endlessly trying to solve the "tastes great/less filling" conundrum?

Sis: This movie taught me that I could get turned on by a guy who kinda looks like he could ride the short bus.

Bro: I never knew you could kick someone's booty with a magazine! Why doesn't the local library put that on their "Read" posters, instead of the pre-Slim-Fast Whoopi Goldberg?

Baby: It's a darn good action flick. Of course, I can get a vicarious thrill watching Mom walk from the kitchen to my high chair, so I've got a low threshold. But the older folks tell me this movie is like a "roller coaster," and if you prefer that ride to spinning tea cups, then this one's for you.

Verdict: Worth a viewing on the big screen.
