A Dysfunctional Family of Five Reviews...Robots!

Will box office sales be over-inflated by its attachment to a Star Wars: Episode III trailer? If Halle Berry's body couldn't sell Catwoman tickets, how will her voice do here? If we keep asking tangentially related questions, will we sound more authoritative?

Sis: Finally, another good babysitting movie I can take Darla and Carla to - but the nerdy-hot guy isn't a fan of handling the twins in public places.

Mom: Honey, that was out loud. But if you're telling me your boyfriend doesn't want to squeeze your Charmins, then you can invite him for dinner anytime you want. I'd like to make sure he's not blind, gay or Christian.

Bro: Farting robots?! Now that's a great idea! These guys are geniuses! It's so simple! Why didn't they think of it sooner? Think of all the robots I've seen in movies, and they ALL coulda farted, and it woulda been so much cooler!

Dad: Robin Williams as a robot, eh? Bicentennial Man wasn't enough for him? It was enough for me, boy. Especially the part where him and C-3PO got a room together. Bleah!

Baby: Unlike a Harry Potter movie, which has enough charms for adults to seek it out without needing a kid for an excuse, this is just a decent movie for kids, which adults can tolerate easily enough for a showing. .

Verdict: Matinee it if you've got kids. If you don't, no great loss if you skip it.
