A Dysfunctional Family of Five Reviews...The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy!
A sci-fi epic with more incarnations (radio, book, TV, computer games, kitchen appliances, etc.) than even the tinkering George Lucas can muster has finally gotten the big-screen treatment. Still, feels a little weird to watch a movie wherein the entire planet we live on is destroyed in the first act. How can we see this movie when we're dead?
 Sis: They blow up the earth. Perfect. I'll be dead, and my ex-boyfriend will be dead, and no one will be around to laugh behind my back like a bunch of people laughing, um…behind my back.
 Mom: Mos Def is most definitely sex-aaaay! Maybe you should consider going black for your next boyfriend, honey. It wouldn't hurt you to try it. Don't believe the hype!
 Bro: If I drop out of school now and create one of those hitchhiker's guides, someday I'll be rich enough to hold steel cage matches between endangered species!
 Dad: This killed me! Why do I love the British so much? I should have known something was different about me the night I stumbled upon Prime Minister's Questions on C-SPAN and watched it with the same intensity I used to watch the UHF adult movie channel as a kid.
 Baby: It won't fully satisfy the fans, and it won't seduce the cynical seen-it-all moviegoer. I can sympathize, it's exactly how I felt about Pooh's Heffalump Movie. But try something a bit different for once, would you? Hitchhiking's not about the destination, it's about the journey.
 Verdict: At $10.50 each for full price tickets for you and three friends, it totals out to $42.00. Now there's a cosmic coincidence, eh? Better see it, then!
